The Chopard Boutique in Vienna was opened in 1989 as one of the first Boutiques worldwide, inaugurated by star tenor José Carreras, with whom the Scheufele family, owner of Chopard, has maintained a close friendship for many years.

After a period of refurbishing the Chopard Boutique Vienna has now also been adapted to the new architectural concept by Thierry Despont. On October 13^th 2011, José Carreras was inaugurating the new styled Chopard Boutique in the Viennese city center together with the Scheufele family while the famous Viennese boys choir was performing.
